libofa - Open Fingerprint Architecture library

Currently, MusicDNS and the Open Fingerprint Architecture are being used to:
* identify duplicate tracks, even when the metadata is different, MusicIP
  identifies the master recording.
* fix metadata
* find out more about tracks by connecting to MusicBrainz
