ZA2-driver for Linux
TODO-list for ZA2 driver
- TESTING !! (especially resampling, opening in read-write-mode,
dying sources ...)
- improve Start ID-code (glitches, driver sometimes mutes output !!)
- clean the code (there's much garbage)
- adapt the code to ALSA or OSS (I'm not sure about which
one is the more powerfull or usefull)
- implement use of multiple ZA2s (actually I own only one - and I
do not intend to buy a second one, so this
one will be especially difficult ... I'm not sure,
whether this feature would make any sense at all, since there are not enough
DMA channels for two ZA2s)
- test compatibility with other sound drivers when using multiple
soundcards
- improve installation code (make it interactive)
- release ZA2CPL for linux (code has to be cleaned up to adapt it to
the new qt version)
- make recza2 split recorded files
- user-interface to upload DSP code
- develop DSP-code for poor modes (8 bit, mono, slow sampling rates)
- support difference mode
- handle ubits for DAT
