TestChapter2b.in refers to file Hald in the directory.  For the test to
work correctly you should move this directory (data) to the same
directory or folder as MacAnova (Macintosh, Windows or DOS) or to your
home directory (Unix) so that vecread("~/data/Hald")
(vecread("~:data:Hald") on a Macintosh( will find Hald.
