Usually, due to how the getty terminal works, you have at less to
close the connection with "exit" and re log in.
The prompt support in the "cd" command is an elegant hack donated
to me by someone (E. Cavalli, may be), because ash do not support
elaborated prompts. This 'cd' is only a global function in /etc/profile.
Any change has effect only for new login, for example: in other
virtual consoles.
P.S: I currently have problem with my connection, so a lot of
answer will arrive all together.
