Maybe with too much time on their hands would like to try out the
Hewlett-Packard Linux Simulator for IA-64 ("Merced"), said to run under
16-bit Linux for Intel; free download from near:

What a hoot if it ran under muLinux; like my first time running a 386 CTTY
from a Sinclair ZX-80. Tour de force.
