well, after formatting, you run 'mke2fs /dev/fd0'.
Then you need to mount it to a directory, by doing something like:
'mount /dev/fd0 /floppy'. Then, anything you want to do to the floppy, do
to the directory (copy into, delete from, etc). When done, unmount it by
running 'umount /floppy'.
