I added in TEX addon the utility dvi2tty; it allow to translate
dvi->ascii and can be used as alternative to xdvi as DVI previewer
without X Windows.
Minor fixes in the first floppy; mainly an improvement in the "mu"
script, to handle e2fsprog > 1.8 (thanks to Blanckaert Bart).
