Yes I did setup agetty "dial-in server" but thought it would be nice to
also provide ppp access to dial-in user.
As for ppp-start, that's just so "normal"8^P but the option to name this
whatever is your choice.
I chose "go" simply because users rarely spell that incorrectly*grin*
And yes this third option sounds like a very good idea.
Dial-in worked very well as written but maybe change ATE0 to ATE1 to
allow ppp garbage to show on terminal for status purposes???
This is the first time I've attempted dial-ins under agetty as I usually
use mgetty or uugetty, and was quite surprised at just how well this
works.

The more I use Linux, the harder Windows becomes to use. Point and click
software is too restrictive and difficult to do anything productive
with.
