mount: you must specify the filesystem type
/root#
Note no segmentation fault.
If module fs/ntfs.o is loaded /dev/hda7 is actually mounted.
If module is not loaded /dev/hda7 is not mounted and /mnt
remains available for mounting.
Could; "Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual
address
c4defbe4", be caused by lack of swap space?
On a different though related topic I note that the /dev
directory
contains hda1 > hda16. How is it possible to have more than
8 partitions
(ie 3 x primary, 1 x extended and 4 x logical drives) on a
physical diskdrive?
